Mace has provided clients with construction delivery services on a number of service station projects within the retail sector. It is always our intention to optimise the potential of each individual project, ensuring high quality design, efficient and cost effective construction, and a high standard of finish, all within a pre-determined timescale. The Mace retail team delivered one motorway service area for a client six months ahead of programme, allowing the client to double the projected turnover from the site in the first year or operation.
