Consolidation and rebranding have been a big part of high street banking environment for many years and Mace has been delivering national refurbishment and rebranding programmes on time, to specification and within budget, often rolling out hundreds of new branches in a single, well-executed weekend for clients such as UlsterBank, NatWest and Santander. Through experience in delivering branch refurbishments programmes, we've developed a series of robust processes and software to review supply chains, scope projects, implement KPIs and manage schedules and budgets efficiently.
