At Mace you are fully supported whatever your career aspirations or past experience might be. Our mentoring programme was established to give everyone in the company access to a dedicated, independent and fully trained mentor.

Your mentor can help you understand your particular needs, help you draft short-term action plans and long-term career goals and identify the type of work and environment that will suit your personal and professional growth.

A Mace mentor's role is to monitor and counsel you to enable your growth and development within Mace. Everyone at Mace is encouraged to get involved in the scheme as either a mentor, a mentee or both. It is a great way to learn from more experienced colleagues as a mentee; and a great way to develop your coaching skills and give something back
