Branislav Simovic

Branislav has had a dynamic 25-year career with leading international civil construction companies throughout South East Asia, Australia, Middle East and Europe. He was involved in the construction of large and prestigious building and infrastructure projects. Branislav joined Mace in 2004 as a senior project manager. He is coming from Dubai where he spent six years working on large, prestigious projects. Branislav Simovic is Regional Director for South East Europe Region and currently he is Project Director for the following projects: Porto Montenegro, IT Park Indjija, Liman Park Project, Osijek Porta Nova Shopping Mall, Atlas Capital Center and Univerzijada 2009 – Block 67, FIAT factory in Kragujevac.

Branislav has thorough knowledge of construction and site development activities – from design to implementation and evaluation. Knowledge of construction project plan requirements, cost estimating, specification writing, building/site codes and standards and inspection techniques, knowledge of financial procedures to maintain project cost control.

Branislav has strong team leadership, reporting, project management, communication skills, organizational and people skills, planning, contractual skills, business acumen, reporting, estimating, budget establishment and control, quality assurance, control and safety management set up and implementation. He has ability to meet tight construction schedules and operate within strict financial parameters. Exacting, disciplined, process driven and result orientated. Ability to design and implement work processes to achieve functional objectives.

Branislav has expertise in preparation of project quality assurance programs, preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices for design and construction quality management. He also has the ability to create, monitor and improve processes and procedures on a continuous basis in order to deliver clients satisfaction and profitability, which meet company objectives.
